一、产品选用要点
 
I. Key Points of Product Selection
 
1.空调风机箱选用控制参数为风量、全压、效率、噪声以及电机功率等。有离心式和轴流式。
 
1. Air volume, total pressure, efficiency, noise and motor power are selected as control parameters for air conditioning fan box. There are centrifugal and axial flow.
 
2.通风机由于设置了风机箱,有利于消声。
 
2. The fan has fan box, which is good for noise reduction.
 
3.通风机选型时,应考虑管路系统的漏风损失、计算误差,以及通风机实际风量、风压的负偏差,一般采用风量为1.05~1.1,风压为1.10~1.15的安全系数。但也不采用过大,以防止通风机长期处在低效率区运行。
 
3. When selecting the type of ventilator, the leakage loss of pipeline system, calculation error and negative deviation of actual air volume and air pressure of the ventilator should be taken into account. Generally, the safety factor of air volume is 1.05-1.1 and air pressure is 1.10-1.15. But it is not too big to prevent the fan from running in the low efficiency area for a long time.
 
4.注意管网阻力特性与通风机特性的匹配关系。为使通风机能稳定运行,应使通风机在其最高效率点附近工作,通风机的工作点位于性能曲线中全压峰值点的右侧(即大风量侧,且一般位于全压峰值的80%)。
 
4. Attention should be paid to the matching relationship between resistance characteristics of pipeline network and fan characteristics. In order to make the ventilator run steadily, it is necessary to make the ventilator work near its maximum efficiency point. The working point of the ventilator is located on the right side of the peak value of total pressure in the performance curve (i.e. the side of large air volume, and generally lies at 80% of the peak value of total pressure).
 
二、施工安装要点

1.通风机应尽可能布置在地坪上或平台上,以便维护和检修;离心通风机当配用的电机功率小于或等于75kW时,可不装设仅为启动用的阀门。当因排送高温烟气或空气而选择离心锅炉引风机时,应设启动用的阀门,以防冷态运转时造成电机过载。
 
 
1. Fans should be arranged on the floor or platform as far as possible for maintenance and repair; centrifugal fans can not be equipped with valves only for start-up when the power of the motor is less than or equal to 75 kW. When selecting the centrifugal boiler induced draft fan for the discharge of high temperature flue gas or air, the starting valve should be installed to prevent motor overload during cold operation.
 
2.通风机安装台座(基础)应具有足够的强度、稳定性和耐久性,台座的振动应满足下列规定:
 
2. The fan mounting pedestal (foundation) shall have sufficient strength, stability and durability. The vibration of the pedestal shall meet the following requirements:
 
1)基础装置的自振频率不得大于电机和通风机转速的1/3;
 
1) The natural frequency of the basic device shall not be greater than 1/3 of the rotational speed of the motor and the ventilator.
 
2)通风机运转时的振动速度与通风机静止时的振动速度的差需大于3倍以上。
 
2) The difference between the vibration speed of the fan in operation and that of the fan at rest should be more than three times.
 
3.通风机进出口与风管之间连接,应设柔性接头。进风管、出风管等装置应有单独支撑,并由基础或与建筑物其他构件支撑牢固,机壳不应承受其它机件的重量。
 
3. Flexible joints shall be installed between the inlet and outlet of the fan and the air duct. Installations such as air intake and outlet pipes should be supported separately and firmly by the foundation or other components of the building. The chassis should not bear the weight of other components.
 
4.通风机安装在建筑物构件上时,应采取隔振措施。
 
4. Vibration isolation measures should be taken when fan is installed on building components.
 
三、空调风机箱特点
 
CHARACTERISTICS OF AIR-CONDITIONING FAN BOX
 
1、品种、规格多,风量、风压选择范围广。

2、配有多方位进出风口,机组可采用吊顶式、落地式安装,便于安装同时利于工程设计。

3、机组具有噪声低、震动小、风量大、体积小。
